·       Manage Warehousing and Stock Inventory System

·       Make Warehousing & Stock Inventory Plan

·       Maintain minimum Stock of spareparts and consumable at warehouse

·       Manage and control Material Receiving and Issuing at Warehouse

·       Keep update stock inventory status to CMMS

·       Develop and update item master of Stock Inventory System at CMMS

·       Coordination and communication among Maintenance Engineers related with spare parts (recommended, strategic and additional or consumable parts) and tools (special and common / load tools) requirement into CMMS and Warehouse database for budgeting and stocking purpose

·       Make, monitor, and review implementation of Warehouse Management Process procedure and instruction.

·       Carry out of physical stock check on a regular basis and internal and external audit purpose

·       Establish work procedure and include in the reporting system.

·       Reporting to Warehouse Engineer for tool replacement inquiry also spare part and consumable replenishment.

·       Support call out team in Emergency situation for tool of consumable required.

·       Supervise House keeping activities at Warehouse building.
