Responsibilities:

Job Requirements: ·
Minimum bachelor (S1)
degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resources Development Management major,
preferable minimum 2 years of experience in the same field of
recruitment and training and preferable in the same industry (coal fired
power plant) ·
Having knowledge and
familiar with training needs analysis, training design and training
evaluation ·
Able to CV sourcing analysis ·
Having a valid BNSP
Certificate of HR Officer / HR Staff. ·
Having another equivalent certificate for HR
Officer. ·
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written, in English and Indonesian language · Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java Willing to join immediately. |
