Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies and develop talent pipeline to make a positive impact on hiring goals.
  • Ensure the recruitment process meets the organizational standards and requirements.
  • Implement the onboarding process for every new joiner to make sure they are welcomed in the company.
  • Design and implement high-impact training and development programs.
  • Implement training and development programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Assess individual employee training needs and monitor and track training program effectiveness.
  • Develop and ensure every training are evaluated and having data to improve training session.
  • Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury)
  • Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.

Persyaratan Lowongan

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum bachelor (S1) degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resources Development Management major, preferable minimum 2 years of experience in the same field of recruitment and training and preferable in the same industry (coal fired power plant)

·       Having knowledge and familiar with training needs analysis, training design and training evaluation

·       Able to CV sourcing analysis

·       Having a valid BNSP Certificate of HR Officer / HR Staff.

·       Having another equivalent certificate for HR Officer.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian language

·       Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Willing to join immediately.
