- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

- Handling onboarding process for new employees.

- Make an employee agreement.

- Maintain employee records, including personal files, attendance records and performance evaluations.

- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, performances, bonus and leaves. 

- Developing key metrics/KPI to measure employee performances. 

- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date. 

- Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance.

Persyaratan Lowongan

  • Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Law, Management or relevant.
  • Have experience min. 2 years especially in the field of manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Mastering Formulas and Functions in Microsoft Excel
  • Have good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and speaking) is a must
  • Want to learn and willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
