- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Handling onboarding process for new employees.
- Make an employee agreement.
- Maintain employee records, including personal files, attendance records and performance evaluations.
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, performances, bonus and leaves.
- Developing key metrics/KPI to measure employee performances.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
- Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance.
