• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in

any Major

• Experience in HR is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and high motivation are also encouraged to apply
• Understanding labor laws and HRIS
• Understanding KPI, human resource development, recruitment, and training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have administration skill
• Proficiency in English
• Preferably based in Pekalongan-Batang, or willing to be placed in Batang
